Computers for the Blind is committed to provide resources that help you get started with your computer and to become proficient in using it. These resources include guides for getting started with principal functions of the computer and the Windows 10 operating system. We also compile links to other resources that will help with learning how to navigate the accessibility software and other features of the computer. These resources are provided as-is and may be changed or removed at any time. Please let us know if you have additional resources that we could include on our website.

CFTB Computer Warranty

We take pride in the computers we ship, and guarantee that they leave our center in good, working condition. In order to provide the best experience with your computer, every computer we ship includes a one-year warranty. During this year we provide Tech Support over the phone, and we will repair or replace any parts that are covered by the warranty. We cover the following:

  • Missing during shipment or dead-on-arrival
  • All hardware components of the computer system
  • Repairs or replacements of parts under normal circumstances
  • Troubleshooting of the Windows operating system and included software
